.NET Technical Lead

Location: Sofia or Ruse, Bulgaria; hybrid

What you will do

• Implement large, strategic, and complex components and services for an enterprise-grade online food ordering platform.
• Design solutions and develop end-to-end flows in distributed and microservices architectures.
• Address reliability concerns across high-scale services used by major restaurant chains and millions of users.
• Write unit tests and maintain highly testable code.
• Navigate complex technical challenges and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide constructive feedback and support consistent delivery against sprint and quarterly commitments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Excellent knowledge of C#, F#, .NET, and object-oriented concepts.
• Experience architecting and developing end-to-end flows in distributed or microservices application architectures.
• Experience writing unit tests and testable code using NUnit, xUnit, or Playwright.
• Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to adapt technical explanations to different audiences.
