Commercial Administrator (Engineering)

What you will do

• Review and administer customer and supplier contracts, frameworks, and terms and conditions.
• Support commercial onboarding, due diligence, and supplier and client coordination.
• Maintain contract registers and track contractual obligations.
• Assist with tender submissions, proposals, and commercial documentation.
• Support governance, compliance, and risk management activities.
• Monitor customer payment performance, identify potential commercial risks, and provide administrative support to the Finance Director and wider commercial team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a commercial, contracts, business support, or administration role.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across the business.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

• Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or technical sectors.
