Internship / Product Manager Assistant (Beauty)

Location: Paris, France; 6-month internship from January 2027

Company

hirify.global is a global beauty company with brands across fragrance, color cosmetics, skincare, and body care, developing a new Swarovski fragrance licence.

What you will do

• Participate in the development and launch of new Swarovski fragrance products.
• Prepare and follow up on briefs for design agencies and mock-up suppliers.
• Coordinate operational projects with R&D, digital, retail, supply chain, suppliers, and agencies.
• Develop 360° marketing elements, including storytelling, product positioning, sampling, communication, merchandising, and training.
• Monitor fragrance and beauty trends, new launches, innovations, and competitor activity.
• Support meetings, presentations, international seminars, and day-to-day team management.

Requirements

• At the end of studies.
• Beauty enthusiast with an innovative, rigorous, and creative mindset.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced international environment.
• Critical thinking and strong communication skills.
• Previous product launch experience during an internship.
• Fluent English and French required.

• Italian or German language skills.
