Technology Resilience Manager

What you will do

• Partner with Technology, Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure and Service Management teams to embed resilience frameworks and standards.
• Identify, assess, prioritise and remediate technology risks and vulnerabilities affecting service delivery and client outcomes.
• Support Important Business Service mapping, including assets, systems, people, facilities and third parties.
• Improve asset inventories, service and dependency mapping, technology recovery information and disaster recovery preparedness.
• Coordinate severe-but-plausible scenario testing and support lessons learned and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to resilience governance, self-assessments, reporting and evidence of regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of FCA and PRA operational resilience requirements, including PS21/3, and relevant industry practice.
• Experience partnering with technology, cyber security, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, service management or change teams.
• Knowledge of technology resilience, cyber resilience, cloud technologies, disaster recovery and service continuity.
• Ability to provide constructive challenge and guidance to senior technology stakeholders while supporting ownership of risk and controls.
• Strong influencing, stakeholder management, communication, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisation, research and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with service mapping, dependency analysis, scenario testing or resilience improvement initiatives.
• Experience contributing to operational resilience self-assessments, governance reporting or management information.
