What you will do

• Provide independent oversight and constructive challenge of cyber and information security risks across hirify.global London Branch.
• Assess cyber risk frameworks, controls, risk assessments, testing, risk acceptances, and remediation activity.
• Monitor cyber risk profiles, key risk indicators, emerging threats, material incidents, and control weaknesses.
• Assess risks from new technologies, transformation programmes, cloud adoption, third parties, and changing threat landscapes.
• Report cyber risk exposures and insights to senior management, governance forums, and relevant committees.
• Partner with technology, cybersecurity, operational risk, compliance, internal audit, and business teams while supporting regulatory activity.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of identity and access management, vulnerability management, security operations, cloud security, data protection, network security, and incident response.
• Experience assessing technology and cyber risks across complex infrastructure, applications, cloud environments, and third-party services.
• Knowledge of relevant UK regulatory expectations for technology risk, cybersecurity, and operational resilience.
• Strong analytical, judgement, organisation, prioritisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing risk reporting, metrics, key risk indicators, and management information for senior audiences.
• Previous information security experience plus a graduate degree and relevant professional qualifications, or equivalent experience.
