Focus on delivering consistent early-morning clinical care, tracking patient progress, and supporting recovery from addiction.

Location: Onsite at West Bank, 1141 Whitney Avenue, Building 4, Gretna, Louisiana 70056, USA

Salary: $24–$27 per hour plus bonus structure

What you will do

Screen patients throughout their recovery journey.
Administer methadone safely and consistently.
Monitor and document patient progress.
Manage medication inventory and related documentation.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team building.

Requirements

Active LPN license in the state of Louisiana is required.
Commitment to patient-centered care and recovery support.
Availability Monday through Friday from 4:45 AM to 2:00 PM.
Availability for a rotating Saturday shift.
