Principal Technical Content Developer (End User Computing)

Location: USA or Atlanta, GA; remote or hybrid. Occasional international travel is required.

Salary: USD $173,887–$210,000 per year, with potential eligibility for a corporate bonus program.

What you will do

• Lead content strategy, architecture, and technical enablement for Horizon and the broader End User Computing and VDI product suite.
• Research, plan, and publish authoritative technical guidance on TechZone and other channels.
• Lead cross-functional and cross-geography content initiatives, including scheduling, delegation, and progress reporting.
• Advise product management and engineering on strategic initiatives and product roadmap decisions.
• Escalate and resolve critical customer and partner situations while guiding others through complex technical challenges.
• Represent hirify.global at customer presentations and industry events, and mentor content developers and technical teams.

Requirements

• Recognized expertise in hirify.global Horizon and related End User Computing or VDI technologies, including solutions such as Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• In-depth knowledge of multiple products, hypervisor and cloud infrastructure platforms, and Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Proven ability to architect complex end-to-end solutions and influence product design, implementation, and roadmap decisions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal, written communication, speaking, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in VDI solutions, product management, or technical marketing within the end user computing software industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience. Employment-based immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with technical content architecture, documentation standards, competitive analysis, and platform or tooling improvements.
• Experience presenting at customer-facing and industry events.
