Sustainability Data Advisor

Location: London office, in person 4 days per week

hirify.global provides an enterprise sustainability platform for managing climate and ESG data, producing audit-ready reporting metrics, and supporting decarbonization programs.

What you will do

• Advise sustainability teams at leading companies on measuring actionable carbon and non-carbon footprints.
• Lead customer measurement sessions, from scoping new measurements to comparing detailed footprint methodologies.
• Help customers configure measurements, prepare for emissions verifications, and improve their sustainability data and methodologies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to help customers gain value from the platform and advance their sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with science, engineering, and product teams to develop new measurement solutions and expand the sustainability intelligence layer.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in consulting, solutions engineering, or another customer-facing role.
• Experience in sustainability, greenhouse gas accounting, and/or ESG reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with confidence working with data and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work from the London office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Fluency in multiple languages, including English, French, German, or Spanish.
