Azure Integration Engineer

Location: Remote within the United Kingdom only; occasional in-person All Hands events twice a year and occasional team meetings may be required.

Salary: £50,000–£55,000 per year. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What you will do

• Provide break-fix and third-line support for Azure identity and integration services, including out-of-hours support when required.
• Monitor Azure service performance, availability, capacity, and infrastructure, implementing proactive alerts and optimisation.
• Manage Azure AD B2C identity flows and API Management integrations to support secure customer and cloud-to-cloud services.
• Investigate incidents, resolve escalated issues, and minimise service downtime in line with agreed service levels.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, patching, system hardening, and security control implementation.
• Guide development teams and collaborate on releases, projects, and service enhancements.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing Azure subscriptions, resources, applications, and complex cloud-based systems.
• Extensive Azure AD B2C experience, including custom policies, user flows, claims providers, technical profiles, and the Identity Experience Framework.
• Knowledge of OpenID, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, Microsoft Graph API, MSAL, SSL certificates, and cloud security practices.
• Experience with Azure API Management, C#, Azure Functions, Web Apps, Azure Blob Storage, Application Insights, and monitoring tools.
• Strong experience building and automating CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience integrating SonarCloud and Zed Attack Proxy into CI/CD pipelines for code quality and security scanning.
