Trading Engineer

What you will do

• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve their root causes structurally.
• Improve availability and eliminate downtime using open-source technologies.
• Translate trading requests into technical requirements and implement sustainable solutions.
• Coordinate, prioritize, and plan trading software changes, including exchange migrations and new feature releases.
• Work with traders, quantitative researchers, developers, systems engineers, network engineers, and performance engineers across a high-volume, low-latency environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an SRE, System Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or MLOps Engineer.
• Python and Bash scripting skills.
• Experience with Kubernetes and database querying.
• Solid understanding of Linux and basic understanding of TCP/IP protocols.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude and motivation to learn and develop.

Nice to have

• Experience building and maintaining machine learning pipelines.
