Global Marketing Assistant - Philosophy Fragrance

Location: Paris, France; hybrid flexible working model with office-based work

What you will do

• Support business analysis and Circana reporting to monitor category and brand performance.
• Track competitors, market trends, and new fragrance launches.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners across product development.
• Follow product development operations, including artworks, formulas, packaging, 3D visuals, and point-of-sale materials.
• Support fragrance concept development and 360-degree activation with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to brand meetings with top management.

Requirements

• Current student in a Business School or university program.
• Previous experience in marketing, product development, or the beauty industry.
• Strong interest in fragrance, beauty, consumer trends, US culture, and consumer behavior.
• Autonomous, proactive, analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Creative, consumer-centric, collaborative, and confident turning insights into ideas.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in fragrance, beauty, product development, or market analysis.
