Internship / Global Product Manager (Skincare)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid flexible working model.

Global beauty company with brands across fragrance, color cosmetics, skincare, and body care.

What you will do

• Track competitors, new launches, market trends, and retail activity to support product development decisions.
• Help develop concepts for new skincare and suncare products.
• Brief and coordinate R&D, packaging, creative, suppliers, and external agencies.
• Follow product development operations, including formulas, artworks, packaging, 3D visuals, assets, and point-of-sale materials.
• Support 360° activation with purchasing, PR, go-to-market, merchandising, and education teams.
• Contribute to brand meetings and cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Current student in a business school or university program.
• First experience in marketing.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Passion and curiosity for the beauty industry.
• Autonomous, creative, solution-oriented, organized, rigorous, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across functions.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in marketing development, especially in skincare.
