Manager, Product Management (IoT)

Location: Bay Lake, Florida, United States

Salary: $163,400–$219,100 per year, plus potential bonus, long-term incentive units, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy, vision, roadmaps, priorities, scope, and delivery for connected products, primarily in the IoT access space.
• Guide initiatives involving MagicBand+ and physical-digital experiences in theme parks.
• Translate product concepts into user stories, epics, requirements, test cases, acceptance criteria, and go-to-market plans.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, leadership, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to align on priorities and trade-offs.
• Identify and resolve blockers while overseeing on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy delivery.
• Use AI tools to improve work efficiency and quality, and share relevant learnings.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of related work experience.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and developing product management talent.
• Strong communication, leadership, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.
• Experience addressing technical, user, and business issues in a fast-moving organization.
• Ability to collaborate across large matrix organizations and work with teams in multiple locations and flexible work hours.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• At least 5 years of product experience, including managing or directly leading Product Managers.
