Internship / Global Product Manager - LANCASTER (Skincare)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid flexible working model

Company

Beauty company with a portfolio spanning fragrance, color cosmetics, skincare, and body care.

What you will do

• Track competitors, new launches, market trends, and store activity to support marketing decisions.
• Support concept development for new skincare and suncare products.
• Brief and coordinate internal teams including R&D, packaging, creative, purchasing, PR, merchandising, and education.
• Follow product development operations, including formulas, packaging, artworks, assets, 3D visuals, and point-of-sale materials.
• Contribute to 360-degree activation strategies and brand meetings with senior management.

Requirements

• Business School or university student.
• First experience in marketing.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Curiosity about and passion for the beauty industry.
• Autonomous, creative, organized, responsive, and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and cross-functional teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in marketing development, especially skincare.
