Customer Service Agent (German)

Location: Remote from Brazil. Candidates must reside in Brazil.

What you will do

• Provide customer service by email, phone, and social media.
• Manage incoming calls, chats, and customer service inquiries.
• Provide accurate and complete information using the appropriate tools and procedures.
• Handle complaints, offer solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer interaction records, process accounts, and file documents.
• Perform parallel work for the Operations department as incident volume changes.

Requirements

• High-level German in oral and written communication.
• Fluent English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
• Previous experience in user support or customer service is valuable.
• Strong planning, organization, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, solution-oriented, detail-oriented, decisive, and adaptable.
• Must reside in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Previous experience using Zendesk.
