Support Consultant Spanish (shift 12:00 - 21:00)

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine — hybrid. Working hours: 12:00–21:00. The role includes occasional on-site events and business trips to Western Europe.

Develops 3D scanners and software solutions for dental and hearing professionals, serving customers in more than 130 countries.

What you will do

• Provide technical support for hirify.global 3D scanners and software through online sessions, phone, and email.
• Support customers, reselling partners, and end-users by diagnosing and solving product-related issues.
• Collect relevant customer information and document support cases in the CRM according to company procedures.
• Interact with other departments and escalate customer feedback when needed.
• Participate in occasional on-site events and business trips to Western Europe.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written Spanish at C1 level.
• Ukrainian language proficiency.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above for internal communication.
• Customer-oriented communication style with strong listening and questioning skills.
• Problem-solving, logical thinking, analytical, multitasking, empathetic, and stress-resistant abilities.
• Motivation for self-development and willingness to learn.
