What you will do

• Achieve monthly targets across exclusive-channel and field-sales channels.
• Manage and develop relationships between dealers and hirify.global.
• Monitor competitor activity in the assigned area and report findings.
• Track and deliver company KPIs while developing the regional subscriber base.
• Plan campaigns and activities that increase subscriber numbers.
• Motivate partners and their sales teams to offer and deploy hirify.global products and services.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Target- and results-oriented approach.
• Leadership skills for managing and coordinating sales teams.
• Ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence sales teams.
• Strong relationship-management skills.
• Ability to build networks across other company departments.
