Professional Indemnity - Lead Lawyer

Location: London, UK; hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead a varied caseload of complex, high-value and multi-party professional indemnity claims.
• Handle disputes from the pre-action stage through alternative dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration.
• Advise on professional indemnity policy coverage and related disputes.
• Supervise and develop junior members of the team.
• Support business development and strengthen new and existing client relationships.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience, at Associate or Senior Associate level.
• Previous defendant insurance and professional indemnity experience.
• Strong technical expertise and clear communication skills.
• Ability to manage and develop others.
• Ability to work in the London office at least 2 days per week.
