What you will do

• Manage a high-value, multi-track clinical negligence caseload from initial client interview through successful resolution.
• Lead complex clinical negligence claims with strategic judgement and high standards of litigation and client care.
• Identify and drive key medico-legal issues.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior lawyers.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to support effective case progression.
• Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.

Requirements

• Qualified Clinical Negligence Lawyer.
• Proven experience managing complex clinical negligence claims.
• Demonstrable supervisory experience and the ability to guide and develop colleagues.
• Confidence identifying and driving key medico-legal issues.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to client care.
• Commitment to social justice and high professional standards.
