Brand Manager (Transplant)

What you will do

• Support patient engagement strategy across the cGvHD and SOT transplant portfolio.
• Lead brand planning, market research, account reviews, and commercial excellence activities for cGvHD.
• Contribute to CLAD launch readiness, forecasting, strategic brand planning, and local adaptation of global assets.
• Develop omnichannel campaigns, marketing materials, and educational programs for healthcare professionals.
• Own the SOT promotional materials lifecycle in PromoMats/Veeva Vault and ensure ABPI compliance.
• Track campaign metrics, identify data gaps, and use clinical and field insights to improve brand performance.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing roles involving strategy development, campaign management, omnichannel planning, or product launches.
• Understanding of the healthcare landscape, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, communication, and agency briefing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, budgets, complex projects, and changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
