R&D Engineer (Web3)

Location: Remote in the European Region; hybrid workplace with optional offices and relocation support

What you will do

• Develop blockchain and crypto-processing solutions for company products.
• Write clean, maintainable code and integrate new functionality into existing architectures.
• Integrate blockchain platforms with internal systems, crypto-payment gateways, and external APIs.
• Participate in architectural discussions and develop scalable system architectures.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure code security, analyze performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize systems.
• Contribute to new products and services based on blockchain technologies, including MPC and distributed signing.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of developer experience.
• Deep knowledge of Go and Solidity.
• Expertise in Web3, blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Solana, and Tron, and Git.
• Experience with cryptographic protocols, smart contracts, DeFi, and decentralized application architectures.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency transactions and smart contracts.
• English level: B1–B2.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps infrastructure.
• Experience with Rust, JavaScript, or Python.
