TL;DR
Software Engineer - Crypto (Go/Financial Infrastructure): Building and maintaining crypto exchange, market-making, wallet, funding, tokenization, backend, and web application systems with an accent on high-throughput, low-latency, regulated, and fault-tolerant financial infrastructure. Focus on architecting scalable trading systems, developing reliable crypto services, improving test coverage, and troubleshooting production incidents.
Location: Remote within the EU, LATAM, or North America

What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain crypto exchange and market-making systems.
- Develop crypto wallet, funding, and tokenization services.
- Implement backend services and web applications.
- Maintain software quality through testing and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot incidents and reported bugs, with occasional on-call support for time-sensitive engineering projects.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of backend software development experience.
- Experience building crypto products and trading systems such as exchanges, market-making systems, matching engines, or other high-throughput, low-latency financial systems.
- Experience with at least one modern programming language; the platform is based on Go.
- Experience with messaging queues and message brokers, as well as SQL or relational databases.
- Hands-on knowledge of Bash, Linux, and Docker.
- BSc/MSc or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
Nice to have
- Kubernetes experience or CKA/CKAD certification.
- DevOps mindset and CI/CD experience.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Knowledge of financial markets, microservice architectures, Agile/Scrum, or clean code principles.
