What you will do
- Create detailed drawings and technical documentation for purchasing, manufacturing, and assembly of tissue machines.
- Translate customer requirements into practical mechanical design solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, production teams, and pre-assembly functions.
- Develop, maintain, and improve products, machine sections, and components.
- Support customer projects from design through delivery and travel occasionally when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Professional experience in mechanical design and a strong interest in mechanical product development.
- Confident written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, ownership, and structured working skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across engineering, production, and project teams.
- Some travel may be required.

- Experience in the paper, tissue, or process industry.
