DevOps Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own the reliability, security, performance, and cost efficiency of internal and hosted production products.
• Participate in incident detection, response, mitigation, resolution, and blameless post-mortems, including a sustainable on-call rotation.
• Define and implement SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and technical input for maintenance and SLA proposals.
• Build observability capabilities with a strong focus on OpenTelemetry.
• Develop reusable platform components, Terraform modules, GitLab components, self-service paths, and production-readiness scorecards.
• Work across CI/CD, infrastructure as code, cloud-native architecture, networking, resilience, security scanning, secrets management, and vulnerability remediation while reducing operational toil with automation and AI.

Requirements

• Hands-on DevOps or SRE experience running production products and taking ownership of reliability.
• Practical foundation in cloud-native technologies, GCP or AWS, CI/CD, GitLab, Terraform, networking, and resilience.
• Experience or familiarity with incident management, SLIs and SLOs, observability, and security practices including SAST/DAST, penetration testing, secrets, and vulnerability management.
• Interest in platform engineering, self-service capabilities, reusable components, and inner sourcing.
• AI-native approach to operations, automation, and reliability.
• Collaborative communication with development teams, client partners, and customer operations teams.
