What you will do

• Lead the development and delivery of initiatives for the Mobile Primary Bank proposition within the mortgage portfolio.
• Design customer propositions, loyalty programs, and engagement strategies that deepen relationships and increase product holdhirify.globals.
• Use customer, portfolio, and market insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Partner with Mortgages, Everyday Bankhirify.global, Consumer Lendhirify.global, Digital, Markethirify.global, and Growth teams to deliver initiatives.
• Monitor and continuously optimize acquisition, retention, engagement, and commercial performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, proposition development, customer growth, or a related financial services role.
• Proven success deliverhirify.global acquisition, retention, engagement, or cross-sell initiatives with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability, with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influenchirify.global skills across multiple business functions and senior stakeholders.
• Strategic thinkhirify.global combined with a hands-on delivery mindset and a strong focus on customer experience and relationship bankhirify.global.
