Senior Product Manager (Mobile Primary Bank - Mortgages)

What you will do

• Lead the development and delivery of the Mobile Primary Bank proposition for mortgage customers.
• Design customer propositions, loyalty programs, and engagement strategies to deepen relationships and increase product holdings.
• Use customer, portfolio, and market insights to identify growth opportunities and shape strategic decisions.
• Partner with Mortgages, Everyday Banking, Consumer Lending, Digital, Marketing, and Growth teams to deliver initiatives.
• Monitor and optimise acquisition, retention, engagement, and commercial performance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, proposition development, customer growth, or a related financial services role.
• Experience delivering customer acquisition, retention, engagement, or cross-sell initiatives with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability, including turning data and insights into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience influencing multiple business functions and senior stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on delivery mindset and passion for customer experience and relationship banking.
