Footwear Product Developer

hirify.global is a Swedish fashion house creating ready-to-wear, footwear, magazines, furniture, books, and exhibitions through its own stores and wholesale partners.

What you will do

• Follow the footwear development critical path from initial design through pre-production.
• Coordinate the technical development of lasts, uppers, soles, materials, and components.
• Manage component and sample purchase orders, including pricing, lead times, minimum quantities, surcharges, and documentation.
• Organize product shipments across development stages and maintain accurate archives and product data.
• Partner with the quality team on raw-material testing and analysis from prototyping through sampling.
• Communicate with suppliers, provide comments on prototypes, and maintain accurate BOM and product-level information in the PLM system.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in footwear product development, preferably with high-end fashion brands.
• Technical knowledge of casual and sports footwear construction and components.
• Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and production constraints.
• Fluent English and strong written and spoken Italian.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; PLM experience is beneficial.
• Driving licence and an English-language CV.
