Infrastructure Engineer (iGaming)

Location: Remote worldwide, with relocation opportunities and support for remote talent across the globe.

What you will do

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting platforms across production and beta/test/development environments.
• Operate Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana, Fluent Bit, Kafka, Fluentd, OpenSearch, and OpenSearch Dashboards.
• Build reliable metrics and log collection pipelines, dashboards, alert rules, and notification routing.
• Monitor infrastructure and application telemetry, troubleshoot issues, and improve stability and performance under heavy loads.
• Manage high availability, recovery, retention, capacity, cardinality, storage, and query performance for observability services.
• Automate configuration with Ansible, Terraform, Python, and Bash while documenting standards, runbooks, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience administering Linux systems and operating monitoring, logging, or observability platforms.
• Experience with Debian-based systems, Docker, Kubernetes, and highly available production services.
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Alertmanager, and Grafana, including metrics, alert rules, routing, and dashboards.
• Experience with Fluent Bit, Kafka, Fluentd, OpenSearch, and OpenSearch Dashboards.
• Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in shell scripting, Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform, configuration-as-code, and Git-based workflows.
