Head of Finance (Capital, Property & Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across capital, property, and supply chain portfolios.
• Own the capital allocation and prioritization framework, including business cases, investment charters, risk appetites, and benefits tracking.
• Evaluate retail openings and closures, hotel acquisitions, developments, and sale-and-leaseback transactions.
• Optimize facilities management and supply chain cost bases while improving fulfillment and delivery economics.
• Support financial due diligence for M&A opportunities from evaluation through transaction completion.
• Coach and develop direct and indirect reports across capital, property, and supply chain functions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience with extensive commercial finance leadership experience.
• Formal accounting qualification: CA or CPA.
• Experience partnering with senior executives to shape strategy and deliver financial outcomes.
• Expertise in capital allocation, business case development, scenario modeling, and benefits tracking.
• Experience evaluating M&A proposals and material strategic investments.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing, collaborative teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, FMCG, supply chain, or property.
• Experience with digital and technology transformation programs.
• Strong corporate finance or M&A background.
