TL;DR
Finance Business Partner (iGaming): Building budgets, forecasts, financial models, reporting tools, and market profitability analysis for a high-growth online platforms business with an accent on multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-jurisdiction finance. Focus on modelling pricing, promotional and marketing returns, gaming duties, taxes, compliance costs, and market entry decisions.
Location: Full-time onsite position at the Melbourne office, Australia

What you will do
- Deliver annual budgets and quarterly forecasts using integrated P&L, cash flow, and operating-driver models.
- Own monthly commercial and executive reporting, including variance commentary and recommended actions.
- Track headcount, operating expenditure, and capital expenditure against plan while identifying risks and opportunities.
- Advise business unit leaders on investment proposals, pricing, promotions, marketing activity, and vendor negotiations.
- Build country and market prioritisation models covering licence fees, gaming duties, taxes, compliance costs, and market profitability.
- Partner with Data and Analytics to develop dashboards and automate reporting processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering.
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
- CA, CPA, or CIMA qualification, or completion in progress.
- Advanced Excel, strong financial modelling and data analysis skills, and working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with business intelligence and data tools such as Power BI or Databricks.
- Ability to influence non-finance stakeholders, prepare executive-level analysis, and operate across multiple entities, currencies, and jurisdictions.
Nice to have
- Experience in iGaming, sports betting, crypto, or online entertainment, including gaming revenue metrics.
- Hands-on Databricks or Python experience for large-scale data analysis and automation.
- Experience in regulated or licensed environments.
- Exposure to spend management, procurement, or corporate card platforms.
