Associate Scientist, Reagent Logistics (Vaccines)

Location: Onsite laboratory-based role in Pearl River, New York, United States

Annual base salary: $68,600–$114,300, plus eligibility for a 7.5% bonus target.

What you will do

• Perform aseptic serological processing, reagent preparation, and bacterial culture growth for high-throughput vaccine testing.
• Support the delivery and qualification of reagents for clinical and nonclinical targets.
• Organize and review data and author qualification documents, SOPs, and reports.
• Maintain detailed inventories of reagents, consumables, and laboratory components.
• Apply technical, organizational, and communication skills to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in a laboratory environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States by any employer and hold permanent U.S. work authorization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and work onsite in a laboratory environment.
• Work must follow applicable SOP, safety, GLP, and GMP requirements.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of aseptic technique.
• Experience with PBMC isolation and external laboratory management.
• Microsoft Office and Outlook proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
