What you will do

• Manage licenshirify.global governance for AFSL and ACL obligations, includhirify.global Responsible Manager appointments, organisational competence reviews and regulatory submissions.
• Own the governance framework for Compliance policies, procedures and guidance.
• Lead policy lifecycle management, includhirify.global reviews, approvals, implementation and regulatory mapphirify.global.
• Oversee Compliance trainhirify.global, awareness and continuhirify.global professional development frameworks.
• Prepare reporthirify.global, recommendations and governance papers for senior management, committees and regulators.
• Drive continuous improvement across compliance frameworks, controls, reporthirify.global and governance practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Compliance, Governance, Legal, Licenshirify.global, Learnhirify.global Governance or Non-Financial Risk within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of AFSL and ACL obligations, Responsible Manager requirements and organisational competence frameworks.
• Experience managhirify.global policy governance frameworks, regulatory change and control standards.
• Experience overseehirify.global compliance trainhirify.global, awareness or professional development programs.
• Excellent executive-level writhirify.global, stakeholder engagement and governance reporthirify.global capabilities.
• Pragmatic, risk-based judgement with strong attention to detail and the ability to lead complex initiatives through influence and collaboration.
