Compliance Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support day-to-day compliance operations, monitoring, and review activities across the Asia-Pacific region.
• Monitor laws, rules, and regulations to identify new compliance requirements.
• Communicate with brokers and exchanges on trader registration, conduct reviews, and maintain records.
• Develop, maintain, and review compliance policies, procedures, training presentations, and related materials.
• Conduct periodic reviews of internal compliance and report results to management.
• Perform AML-related tasks and coordinate with regional compliance teams on global projects.

Requirements

• 1.5–4 years of experience in financial markets compliance at a trading firm, broker, regulator, exchange, or similar organization.
• Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Law, or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks and projects.
