Senior Creation Technician (Fragrance)

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia. The role is based at the dsm-firmenich Tanah Abang site.

What you will do

• Compound fragrance oils accurately according to requests and delivery deadlines.
• Apply good laboratory practices throughout fragrance creation activities.
• Organize and maintain a fresh, up-to-date collection of raw materials.
• Complete requests in a timely manner and maintain accurate execution.
• Keep the laboratory workplace clean and well organized.
• Work closely with the perfumer and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in chemistry or a relevant field.
• Positive work attitude and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Team-oriented approach and willingness to support colleagues during high workloads.
• Strong attention to detail, discipline, care, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication in Indonesian; English is an advantage.

• Previous experience in a fragrance laboratory environment.
