QI & PC Inspector (Footwear): Ensuring the quality and integrity of footwear products through incoming materials screening, in-process production audits, finished goods inspections, and production schedule monitoring with an accent on footwear manufacturing controls, factory quality systems, and compliance testing. Focus on leading quality and productivity improvement programs, resolving production issues affecting delivery timelines, and coordinating technical trials and factory teams.
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia; onsite role

What you will do
- Perform finished goods final inspections, joint inspections with Certified Factory Quality Control inspectors, and second-level inspections.
- Lead implementation of in-process production controls, incoming materials quality control, and finished goods storage quality assurance.
- Monitor production order status against ex-factory commitments and help resolve issues affecting delivery timelines.
- Coordinate T4 production trials, COVA availability for critical processes, and participation in technical meetings.
- Lead quality and productivity improvement initiatives including QIP, Lean Production, and Kaizen, with onsite factory support.
- Support materials and FST Lab testing reviews, restricted substances compliance, ESC production standards, and product security monitoring.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a reputable footwear company across production, commercialization, development, or quality control.
- At least 3 years of college education or graduation from a footwear technical school.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes and footwear inspection.
- Good product eye, abstract reasoning, and colour recognition.
- Computer literacy and high moral integrity.
