What you will do

• Participate in project discovery, requirements analysis, high-level design, and user-story creation.
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful API services and microservices-based applications using Java with Spring Boot or Node.js.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, write code, and ensure solutions meet scalability, availability, security, and maintainability requirements.
• Build automation scripts and maintain CI/CD pipelines, including coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance processes.
• Create and execute unit, integration, regression, and component-level tests; analyze and resolve defects.
• Monitor application performance, analyze logs and telemetry, troubleshoot production issues, and support business users.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related field; or a bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful API web services with Java and Spring Boot or Node.js.
• Experience building and maintaining microservices architectures and object-oriented applications with Java or JavaScript.
• Experience with relational database design, development, and optimization.
• Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, JUnit or Mocha, and defect troubleshooting.
• Experience with production monitoring and log analysis using Splunk or OpenObserve.
