Ecommerce & Digital Growth Manager ANZ

Location: Sydney Olympic Park, Australia; hybrid work with 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home

What you will do

• Develop and lead the ANZ ecommerce growth strategy across Australia and New Zealand.
• Translate shopper, digital shelf, retail media, and ecommerce data into actionable commercial recommendations.
• Drive digital shelf excellence through content optimisation, search visibility, conversion optimisation, ratings and reviews, and content governance.
• Lead the Amazon business and other pureplay ecommerce partnerships, including P&L ownership, joint business planning, promotions, investment optimisation, and growth initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Category, Commercial, and shopper marketing teams on digital activations and retail media strategies.
• Build ecommerce measurement frameworks, dashboards, and organisational capability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital commerce, shopper marketing, or omnichannel retail.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods, with strong commercial acumen and customer management skills.
• Experience managing Amazon or major ecommerce retail partnerships; Amazon experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Amazon, Woolworths, Coles, and other ANZ ecommerce ecosystems.
• Advanced analytical capability across ecommerce, shopper, media, and retailer performance data.
• Strong communication, presentation, storytelling, influencing, and cross-functional leadership skills.
