Growth Marketing Manager, Web Experience (AI)

Location: United States; hybrid workplace

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 per year, plus bonus, benefits, and equity for regular full-time employees.

What you will do

• Own UX and content journeys across the hirify.global website for customers, partners, policymakers, recruits, media, and industry stakeholders.
• Maintain, update, and improve existing pages while building new web pages and digital experiences.
• Translate campaign, product, recruiting, and communications goals into clear web experiences.
• Create, edit, QA, and publish website content using WordPress or a comparable CMS.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Communications, Creative, Recruiting, business stakeholders, and web agencies.
• Monitor web performance and user behavior, improving navigation, content hierarchy, accessibility, performance, SEO, and conversion paths.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in web experience, digital experience, web production, UX/content strategy, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience managing and publishing content in WordPress or a comparable CMS.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, design systems, or front-end development workflows.
• Strong UX judgment, writing, editing, content organization, and project management skills.
• Experience building, maintaining, and improving website pages with designers, developers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Comfort working with AI-enabled tools for design, content, prototyping, development, or workflow acceleration.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, national security, advanced technology, or B2B technology.
• Experience working with web agencies or external development partners.
• Familiarity with analytics tools, heatmapping, A/B testing, SEO platforms, or web performance reporting.
