Senior Brand Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Generate insight-driven creative concepts for brand campaigns, product launches, OOH, digital marketing, and social.
• Evolve the brand system across web, product marketing, presentations, physical formats, and new surfaces.
• Design campaign assets, key visuals, narrative content, motion, and large-format OOH work.
• Partner with marketing and product teams on product launch and case study narratives.
• Build scalable templates, libraries, and brand tools with the Creative Director.
• Coordinate with external creative partners and maintain a high standard of visual execution.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in brand design, art direction, or visual storytelling at a fast-moving startup or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaigns, key visuals, conceptual thinking, and storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with typography, layout, composition, and digital and physical design.
• Experience designing for motion, social, OOH, integrated campaigns, and in-product experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma and ability to manage multiple projects while working quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborative, ownership-oriented approach with high standards and comfort working closely with creative, marketing, and product teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with After Effects, Jitter, or Framer.
• Experience building AI-powered custom tools, shaders, or generative pipelines.
