Visual Designer (AI)

Location: Munich, Germany; opportunity to work from abroad. International relocation support is provided if required.

What you will do

• Create impactful visuals for marketing channels, including social media and out-of-home advertising.
• Ensure a cohesive brand experience across digital and offline touchpoints.
• Maintain and evolve design guidelines and the visual brand.
• Collaborate with designers, incorporate feedback, and iterate on creative work.
• Integrate AI workflows and tools to enhance and accelerate creative tasks.
• Apply design thinking and follow developments in design, technology, and AI-driven tools.

Requirements

• Relevant visual design experience supported by a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in creative workflows and design projects.
• Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and consistency.
• Fluent English and the ability to deliver high-quality work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience or background in illustration or 3D design.
