Staff Pharmacist (Clean Room & Pharmacy Practice)

Location: London, Ontario, Canada; on-site

Salary: CAD 116,480–124,800 per year (CAD 56–60 per hour); higher compensation may be available for an exceptional candidate.

Pharmacy organization providing prescription dispensing, medication counselling, clinical support, and clean-room pharmacy services.

What you will do

• Review and verify prescriptions and dispense medications accurately and safely.
• Provide medication counselling and clinical support to patients.
• Work across pharmacy and controlled clean-room environments.
• Follow medication preparation, safety, quality, and pharmacy practice procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient and medication records while supporting daily workflow.
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and healthcare professionals and participate in on-call coverage when required.

Requirements

• Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario with active registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a structured, fast-paced environment and in both pharmacy and clean-room settings.
• Availability for days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage when required.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Kroll pharmacy system.
• Clean-room experience; training may be available depending on the candidate.
