Registered Nurse (Medical 3B)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global in Sault Ste. Marie, Canada

Salary: CAD $41.15–$58.98 per hour

What you will do

• Provide patient-centered nursing care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using nursing standards and the nursing process.
• Care for medically complex adults with acute illness and multi-system chronic conditions.
• Use patient monitoring tools and protocols, including telemetry, NIHSS, CIWA, and DKA assessments.
• Support patient and staff safety, risk management, and continuous quality improvement.
• Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based practices and contribute to professional development.

Requirements

• Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Current venipuncture or IV certification.
• Clinical competency in physical assessment, therapeutic communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and care planning.
• Ability to prioritize patient care in a rapidly changing environment and work effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and patient monitoring tools.
