What you will do
- Provide independent advanced clinical care.
- Transport patients safely during emergency and non-emergency responses.
- Complete inter-facility patient transfers.
- Maintain and operate ambulances and related equipment according to patient needs and public safety requirements.
- Follow the National Occupational Competency Profile, Saskatchewan College of Paramedics requirements, and organizational protocols.
Requirements
- Meet all legislated requirements for Advanced Care Paramedics in Saskatchewan.
- Hold active registration with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics or be eligible for registration.
- Submit a valid Saskatchewan Class 4 Driver's License or equivalent with the application.
- Submit ACLS, PALS, ITLS, and CPR C for Health Care Providers certifications.
- Submit a current clean criminal record check and vulnerable sector check, issued within the required timeframes.
- Submit a current driver's abstract issued within the last 30 days.
