Engagement Manager (AI/Fintech)

What you will do

• Translate client problems into scalable, measurable workflows while balancing customer needs with platform constraints.
• Build reusable playbooks, templates, and demonstration assets based on product direction.
• Maintain dashboards, hubs, and documentation with accurate usage, adoption, and health metrics.
• Run delivery plans with clear owners, dates, and dependencies, surfacing risks and blockers early.
• Manage meeting agendas, decisions, action logs, and communication across client and internal teams.
• Drive the trial-to-conversion-to-renewal motion, measure ROI, and turn client feedback into plans with Engineering and Product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a tier-one consultancy.
• Ability to turn ambiguous client requests into scoped delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong technical fluency in workflows, data, and failure modes, with credibility when working with engineers.
• Reliable operational tracking, documentation, governance, and proactive communication.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-changing environment and close communication loops.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
