Pharmacy Manager

Location: On-site in Southwestern Ontario, south of Kincardine, Canada

Salary: CAD 145,600–166,400 per year; CAD 70–80 per hour

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations and workflow.
• Dispense prescriptions accurately and safely.
• Provide medication counselling and clinical advice.
• Oversee inventory and coordinate pharmacy staff.
• Maintain compliance with Ontario pharmacy regulations and professional standards.
• Provide influenza and COVID-19 vaccination services and build relationships with patients and the local community.

Requirements

• Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario required.
• Experience in community pharmacy.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario pharmacy standards and regulations.
• Injection certification and the ability to administer influenza and COVID-19 vaccines required.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of operations, and communicate effectively.
• Patient-focused approach.

Nice to have

• Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience.
• Experience with Fillware.
