Pharmacy Manager

Location: West of Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. On-site position.

Salary: CAD 114,400–124,800 per year, or CAD 55–60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Community-focused pharmacy with manageable prescription volumes and support from a pharmacy assistant.

What you will do

• Manage daily pharmacy operations, workflow, inventory, and medication ordering.
• Dispense prescriptions accurately and provide medication counselling and clinical support.
• Supervise pharmacy staff and work closely with the pharmacy assistant.
• Ensure patient care, medication safety, and compliance with Ontario pharmacy regulations.
• Administer influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations.
• Build relationships with patients and the local community while supporting pharmacy growth.

Requirements

• Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario required.
• Previous community pharmacy experience.
• Pharmacy management or leadership experience is an asset.
• Injection certification and ability to administer influenza and COVID-19 vaccines required.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario pharmacy standards and regulations required.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and independent leadership skills.
