Product UI/UX & Brand Designer (AI)

Location: Remote, with occasional travel when required by a project or team

A boutique AI firm building production AI systems for regulated industries and developing AI-native products through a venture builder.

What you will do

• Own product design for technically complex, ambiguous projects.
• Turn half-formed problems into clear user flows and challenge stakeholder assumptions when needed.
• Design desktop, web app, and SaaS interfaces rather than marketing landing pages.
• Develop product branding, including palettes, illustration, and visual consistency.
• Prototype quickly with AI tools such as v0, Cursor, Figma Make, or suitable alternatives.
• Present design decisions to technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong product design instincts and visual taste.
• Experience untangling genuinely complex technical products.
• AI is already part of the design workflow.
• Ability to manage personal time, priorities, and reporting independently.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and incomplete information.
• Fluent English is required as the daily working language.

Nice to have

• SaaS or dashboard experience.
• Experience building design systems from scratch.
• Branding experience with logos, palettes, and illustration.
• Experience mentoring other designers.
