Senior Analyst, Innovation and Solutions (AI & Automation)

Location: Miami, Florida, United States; in-office in South Florida Monday through Thursday, with work from home permitted on Fridays. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.

What you will do

• Define business problems, gather requirements, document process flows, and design practical solutions for sourcing and supply chain stakeholders.
• Configure and support Coupa, Ariba CLM, Docusign, Power BI, and Power Platform environments.
• Identify and implement AI, automation, data, reporting, and workflow improvements.
• Own small to medium initiatives from requirements and solution design through testing, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Develop unit and UAT test plans, coordinate defect resolution, manage releases, and provide Level 1–2 application support.
• Manage user access, data loads, recurring refreshes, documentation, training materials, and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, systems analyst, solutions analyst, project analyst, or in an equivalent role.
• Experience with sourcing and supply chain applications such as Coupa, Ariba, and Docusign.
• Experience gathering business requirements, managing end-to-end workstreams, and applying project management or Agile practices.
• Intermediate or advanced SQL or data-querying experience, plus experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience with automation, AI-enabled tools, UAT, deployment, change management, and application support.

Nice to have

• Programming experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or similar technologies.
