Senior Implementation Consultant (Identity Security)

What you will do

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation engagements from design and integration through testing, deployment, and go-live.
• Advise customer engineering teams on integrating hirify.global solutions through REST APIs, mobile SDKs, and web SDKs.
• Analyse logs, API traffic, and customer code to troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify root causes.
• Recommend practices that improve integration performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Lead technical workshops, implementation reviews, and troubleshooting sessions with customer stakeholders.
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Customer Success, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in systems integration, software engineering, professional services, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SDK integrations, authentication protocols, and modern cloud-based SaaS architectures.
• Hands-on software development experience with Kotlin and Swift, including mobile integration troubleshooting with Android Studio and Xcode.
• Experience leading enterprise implementation projects while managing multiple stakeholders and concurrent engagements.
• Strong understanding of mobile and web integrations, API consumption, SDK implementation, data handling, and authentication workflows.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with identity verification, digital identity, cybersecurity, authentication, fraud prevention, financial services, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python, C#, XML, CSS, or HTML.
• Experience with Postman, browser developer tools, API monitoring platforms, and mobile device logs.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, software development lifecycles, and enterprise software deployment.
• Additional European languages such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
