Technical Support Representative (Cycling)

What you will do

• Provide technical support, service, and warranty assistance across the SRAM product portfolio, with a primary focus on suspension products.
• Respond to technical inquiries from dealers and customers by phone, email, and other support channels.
• Develop product documentation and share technical updates through internal reporting systems.
• Represent the support team at industry events and cycling races with technical expertise and product support.
• Work with Product Development and cross-functional teams to communicate customer feedback and support product improvement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a bike mechanic, bicycle technician, or in a related technical role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and a passion for cycling.
• Fluent English and at least one Nordic language required: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, proactive, team-oriented, accountable, and detail-oriented.
